How it works:
Step 1: We get to know who you are – and your specific goals.
We want to know what sport you play, your position, and what you’re capable of. Then, we want to know your ultimate goals.
Are you trying to play collegiate? Pro?
Or do you not play a sport, but you just want to develop insane athletic abilities?
In Step 1, we diagnose exactly who you are and where you’re at so we can create a game plan just for you.
Step 2: Create your custom game plan.
Now that we know your specific goals, we get to the drawing board.
We have literally THOUSANDS of exercises for every position of every sport. We’ll hand-pick the exact exercises that you need.
These exercises will enhance the exact abilities you need. For example, a mid-fielder in soccer needs a totally different set of exercises than a point guard in basketball.
We know what ever position needs, and that’s precisely what you’ll get.
Step 3: Teach you the game plan, and give you feedback on your technique.
Next, via live video chat, we’ll teach you every exercise you need to know. We’ll also record videos of gym and weight-lifting routines just for you.
After every exercise, we’ll have you repeatedly demonstrate it for us so we can give you expert feedback on your technique.
That way you perform the techniques as they were intended – giving you max results in minimal time.
Step 4: Homework.
We’ll give you regimens and workouts to do throughout the week. And we’ll constantly monitor your progress.
Then we’ll meet back up on video chat either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to track your progress and update your workouts as needed.
Step 5: Rinse & repeat.
Steps 1-4 repeat as needed until you absolutely crush your goals. Fair enough?

Where:
As long as you have enough room to exercise – you can have your session anywhere you have internet.
It can be at home on your computer, out in the yard on your smartphone, or even on your tablet.

Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. They’re typically held during these times:
